About this site

This is the Slow Motion Cooking Show. Over the last few years, I've been experimenting with sciencing up the Thanksgiving meal. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday by a lot, and cooking for people is a real pleasure—at least when it's not the weeknight rush. I have been documenting the experiments on a very large social networking site, but I don't go there in presidential election years (for my health), so here we are. The name comes from a comment by my friend Rich on one of those photos.
